Completed a duct repair on a sheet metal duct system.

Completed the Maintenance visit to this customer home. Clean drain line and check the system Freon due the last visit the system was low. This time the system do not need Freon. Left the system working in good order.

Completed an air-duct sealing job in Indian Rocks Beach to stop cooling loss in a coastal home. Sealed the leaky connections and checked airflow room by room. The homeowner immediately noticed stronger, more even airflow in the back bedrooms and should see lower cooling bills.

Completed a ductless mini-split repair in Indian Rocks Beach. The Mitsubishi wall unit was short-cycling and not cooling evenly. Cleaned the indoor coil and blower wheel, cleared the condensate line, and verified operation across all the heads. The system is cooling quietly and evenly again.

I was called to resolve a no-cooling issue with an HVAC system. Upon inspection, the outdoor coil was severely corroded and clogged from salt air exposure. I meticulously cleaned and treated the coil to remove the salt buildup, ensuring optimal performance. I also checked the refrigerant charge, confirming it was within the correct range. All electrical components were thoroughly examined and found to be functioning correctly. After confirming everything was in good working order, I restored the system's cooling capabilities. I left the system running smoothly and advised the homeowner on the importance of a regular maintenance schedule to prevent future salt-related issues.

Upon arrival found the system with a condenser fan motor bad. Replaced with original motor from Lennox and left the system working in good order.

Completed the service call. Found the frost board with a short circuit blowing the fuse up. After replacing the board and the fuse did not trip anymore found that the thermostat did not sent the signal for cooling caused by the short circuit on the board. Replaced the thermostat and left the system working in good order.

Completed a free estimate for a Mitsubishi minisplit.

Completed the service visit. Replaced the thermostat requested by the owner. Cleaned the drain line and recommend the a new uv light system.

Completed service call I found a leak at the condenser unit. This job is under warranty we came and fix it back in may. Fixed the leak did all pressure test and everything by the book. Added refrigerant to the system and start it up. And left the system working in good order.

Upon arrival found the system with only 120 volts going in. And it needs 240volts. Fix it temporarily until the owner gets a new 2 pole breaker for the unit.

Completed a service tune up to a Goodman. System. Cleaned drain line and installed a UV system. Left the system wining in good order.
