My 19 year old 3 ton AC unit was leaking freon (badly). After calling Goodwind Cooling & Heating, Rigo (the owner), arrived within two hours to assess. After consultation, we knew a new unit was a necessity. Rigo quoted a very reasonable price including a new 3 ton unit, new hurricane pad, a UV light for the coil, and installation. He had the permit (Pinellas County, Florida) pulled up on his phone in under 5 minutes. Installation he said could happen the NEXT day! Rigo put some freon in our empty AC so we would be cool through the night at no extra charge. He and his crew arrived promptly at the agreed time the next morning at 7:30 a.m. By noon we had fresh cool air permeating the house. He and his team are extremely professional, worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and friendly and cleaned up everything afterwards. I also appreciate his communication. He calls or texts where he is, when he will arrive, if he will be late etc... (pure gold). I cannot recommend this company highly enough, if I could give them 10 stars, I would.
