Upon arrival found the system with a very bad filters. Inspected the system and everything else is working properly. Recommend to cover the gap under the door with something so you guys only use one filter. If you want to install a new filter under the unit size will be 21.5 x21.5x1. I replaced the filter above door provided by the customer. Left the system in good working order.

We just find the evaporator coil metals are getting rusty. It is not causing any issues at the moment but I can make the coil leak in the future. Also found some bacterial growth on the system. Explain to the customer how we can eliminate that and recommend to him a IV system cleaner.

St. Petersburg, FL - Completed a leak checked on a 3 years old Daikin system. Found a low pressure switch on condenser leaking. Replaced the sensor under warranty. Evacuated the system and added 410A refrigerant back to the system. Started it up and left the system working in good order.
