Completed 2nd visit. Checked all components of the system. Found evaporator coil slightly dirty. Return in one of the bedroom is with out filters. Cleaned drain line and installed filter at the main return provided by the customer. Recommend to clean coil in place before it gets worse.

Upon arrival found the blower motor bad. Replaced the motor under warranty. Checked outside unit. Flushed drain line and checked all electrical components. Unit is working in good condition.

Upon arrival found the system with a bad condensation pump bad. Recommend it to replaced it. Replaced the condensation pump. Left the system working in good order.

Upon arrival found the system with only 120 volts going in. And it needs 240volts. Fix it temporarily until the owner gets a new 2 pole breaker for the unit.

Completed a service tune up to a Goodman. System. Cleaned drain line and installed a UV system. Left the system wining in good order.

Completed the visit. Entire system is working properly. With this new unit and insulation that was installed customer is saving $100 a month on the electrical bill compared with last year.

Completed a full 4 ton heat pump Ruud System. Customer very happy.

Upon arrival we performed the maintenance, we flushed and cleaned the drain lines, we checked the operations, the refrigerant level and temperatures, when we left the unit was working on properly.

Completed the service visit. Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Cleaned drain lines and left both units working in very good condition.

Se realizó una inspección al systems. Encontramos los filtros sucios y el capacitor un poco bajo a su capacidad. Remplazamos el capacitor y los filtros. Recomiendo systems de ductos que no están bien diseñados y el retorno está muy pequeño. También recomiendo insolación que tiene muy poca.

Upon arrival found the system at front right 2 pounds low on refrigerant. Added it to it and left the system working good at the moment of the inspection.

Upon arrival found the flow switch was making a short circuit at the penetration. Replaced the switch and left the system working in good order.

Upon arrival found a multi speed motor working intermittently. Replaced blower and left the system working in good order.

Provided a free estimate for new duct work system that got destroyed by rats.

Completed the service call everything is working. Just found the condenser breaker off. Checked the capacitor, drain line and everything looks good.

Completed the minisplit cleaning. We could not clean the indoor unit due the compressor is not working properly and we couldn’t pump down the system. Customer will let me know to put a new ac unit in.

Completed the tune up. Found both blower and condenser capacitors weak. I recommend to replace both of them. Customer will schedule it for the replacement. He also wants a UV light, he will do that at the same time as the capacitors. Left the unit working.

Upon arrival found the system with a bad dual capacitor. Replaced and checked all compressors and fan parameters. Everything is looking good. Also cleaned drain line.
