I was called to replace a leaking evaporator coil on a Champion system. Upon arrival, I found that the coil was leaking due to a pinhole leak. I removed the old coil and replaced it with a new one. I also added 6lbs of 410A refrigerant to the system to ensure proper cooling. After completing the replacement, I evacuated the system and tested it to ensure it was working properly.

I replaced a damaged Lennox thermostat.

I was called to inspect a unit and found it with a weak Dual Capacitor. I explained to the customer that a weak capacitor can cause the system to malfunction. I recommended replacing the capacitor, which the customer agreed to. I performed a full inspection and left the system working properly.

Completed a 3 ton Duct system for this costumer home. Customer was very happy at the end of the work.

I recently completed the installation of a UV system for the coil of a residential air conditioning unit. The customer was very happy with the results, and the system is now operating efficiently and effectively. The UV system helps to kill bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms in the air, improving the indoor air quality of the home. I am proud to have been able to provide this service to my customers and to help improve their overall comfort and health.

Upon arrival found the system with no heat and the low voltage for the heat pump not wired correctly. After fixing the wiring found the mother board on the out side unit not working. Called the supply for this brand and they are not selling parts or units for this brand anymore. I tried to google and see who else does it and could not find any body. Recommend the customer a new system. But also the closet where it goes needs to be remodeled to be able to take the unit out and install new one.

Completed the service agreement visit. Found the blower assembly completely cover on mold. Recommend the client to clean it and install a uv light. We cleaned the blower assembly and installed the uv system. Left the system working in good order.

Completed a full tune up on a LG ductless minisplit. System is working properly. Heat was on and it works perfectly.

I completed a free estimate for a 3 ton Heat Pump Ruud system.

I got a call for a customer recommended by another customer. They had a problem with a permit open in 2019, final inspection did not pass because the supply plenum was sealed from inside with mastic and tape, also a heat shield was not installed to the unit. After talking with a permit tech from the county I was able to reopen the permit and completed the job. Final inspection was completed and customer was able to finally close this permit.

I got a service call for not heat. Upon arrival found the system low on Freon. Performed a leak search and found the leak at the evaporator coil. Coil needs to be replace.
