Rigo was very professional.snd considerate. His acumen as a mechanical contractor is peerless. My job for him was a bit complicated and unusual so I won't go into it but suffice it to say Rigo knew exactly what had to be done and he did it. His work satisfied the city inspector in terms of the adequate permit for my new washer and dryer. I knew Rigo years ago and his work with air conditioning was also excellent. If I need a mechanical contractor again I will definitely call on Rigo Ronquillo and Goodwinds. I can recommend him without any hesitation.

Didn’t have heat for 2 days, they came out after hours replaced the thermostat and after 2 years of issues this company fixed the issues after 1 hour with recalibration of the thermostat.

Very reasonable pricing and always on time and always provide great customer service! Rigo and Alvarado were very helpful and courteous on my circumstances when it came to our home. Helped us get our A/C unit resolved since the original unit that was there prior was the wrong size. We switched to working with Rigo thanks to our neighbor across the street who referred him to us after the last company we were working with quoted us an outrageous price to fix our A/C unit for the third time since August or tried to convince us to buy a whole new unit that has almost tripled in price since we purchased 4 years ago. Rigo not only came out on short notice on a Saturday to look at the unit, he told us what part was needed, charged half the price of the other company and could have easily pushed us to Tuesday to fix but came around 4:30pm on a Monday and stayed until 6:30pm to make sure we didn't have to go another day without A/C. We canceled our annual maintenance subscription with the other A/C company and switched to GoodWind since Rigo was so great to work with. Highly recommend

I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done on my new 2.5-ton Carrier Heat Pump 16-seer HVAC unit! Rigo, the technician who came to do the work, was excellent. He arrived on time and was very courteous throughout. His knowledge was impressive, and he was able to complete the entire installation in just one day. This included the removal of the previous HVAC system and ductwork, followed by the installation of a new system with an air handler, compressor, and ductwork. I highly recommend GoodWind Cooling & Heating for their exceptional service and will definitely be using their services again in the near future.
